In his distinguished 35 year career, Chef Adam Kong has been fortunate enough to cook for the King and the Royal Family in Malaysia, ministers, dignitaries, and  celebrities in Australia.

Before migrating to Australia Chef Adam Kong was regularly air flown to various locations to cook for Functions of more than 1,000 people, including World leaders. Now, for almost 20 years in Australia, Adam has won many awards, and contributed to Cooking Books.

Adam has also appeared on Television with his unique style of cooking and presentation, including the World's first 'Smoke Puffing Dragon'. Now Chef Adam Kong is Launching the World's first and only ROYAL BORNEO CUISINE recipe, that has previously been enjoyed by Royals and dignitaries.
