Before migrating to Australia Chef Adam Kong was regularly air flown to various locations to cook for Functions of more than 1,000 people, including World leaders. Now, for almost 20 years in Australia, Adam has won many awards, and contributed to Cooking Books.

Adam has also appeared on Television with his unique style of cooking and presentation, including the World's first 'Smoke Puffing Dragon'.
