The chef
Chef Adam Kong has been honoured to cook for the King and the Royal Family while he had his 15 years career back in Malaysia. Adam was regularly air flown to various locations to cook for special functions of more than 1,000 people, including World leaders.
Now, for almost 20 years in Australia, Chef Adam Kong has won many awards, and contributed to Cooking books. On top of that, Adam cooks for ministers, dignitaries and celebrities in Australia.
Adam was privileged to star on Television, with his unique style of cooking and presentation including one and only "Smoke Puffing Dragon". Chef Adam Kong is launching the authentic and World's First Royal Borneo Cuisine, which has been enjoyed by Royals and dignitaries previously.
